Erik Brynjolfsson

Erik Brynjolfsson is the Director of the MIT Center for Digital Business and the Schussel Professor of Management. He was among the first researchers to measure the productivity contributions of information technologies, and his research has been recognized with nine “Best Paper” awards by fellow academics. Professor Brynjolfsson consults worldwide on the interplay of technologies with economic growth, pricing models, and intangible assets, and is the director of several technology-intensive firms. He holds a BA and an MA from Harvard University and a PhD from MIT. 

Roberto M. Fernandez

Roberto M. Fernandez is currently the William F. Pounds Professor of Organization Studies at MIT's Sloan School of Management. A recognized expert in the areas of organizational behavior, social networks, and human resources. Professor Fernandez has done extensive field research in organizations, including an exhaustive five-year case-study of a plant retooling and relocation. At MIT, he is in charge of the required MBA class on Organizational Processes, and is the faculty leader for a number of executive education programs.

John Van Maanen

John Van Maanenis the Erwin Schell Professor of Organization Studies at the MIT Sloan School of Management. He is a sociologist interested in organizational culture and change. He is an ethnographer who has worked in a number of organizational settings. Of late, his research has been concerned with how organizational processes and products – including strategic and management innovations – cross cultural boundaries. At MIT, he has been the faculty director of several executive programs including the Sloan Fellows Program on Global Leadership and Innovation and The MIT Executive Program on Leading Change.

Kenneth Morse
Senior Lecturer and Managing Director, MIT Entrepreneurship Center, has played a key role in launching several MITrelated high-tech startups, including3Com and AspenTech-where he build a lasting business through strong relationships in the Gulf region. His expertise includes global sales and marketing strategies for new ventures and university-based technology entrepreneurship initiatives
